Individuals interested in CILA services from S.R.A., Inc. must meet the criteria stipulated by the Illinois Department of Human Services, which is determined by a pre-admission screening agency. Individuals interested in our agency will be asked to contact their applicable Pre-Admission Screening Agency in their area to confirm their eligibility for moving into a CILA home.

Generally, the people who live in our homes have either a diagnosis of mental retardation, cerebral palsy, autism or epilepsy with substantial deficits in at least three of the six life areas which are: capacity for independent living, self-direction, language, mobility, self care, and learning.
