Southeastern Residential Alternatives opened three CILA homes in Norris City, IL in the Fall of 2007. Two
of the homes were built to serve five individuals each and to be fully handicap accessible. One additional
home was remodeled to serve eight individuals.
The Feldman House is located on 200 Spence St and the Marvel House is located on 327 Spence St. These five bed
homes are very spacious. Each home has three bedrooms with large walk in closets and plenty of living
space. They have two living room areas, one full bath, one fully accessible handicap shower/bathroom,
an office area, kitchen, dining room area, residential sprinkler system, and smoke/heat alarm system.
The Spencer House was remodeled to serve eight individuals and is located on 401 Johnson St in Norris
City, IL. This home is fully handicap accessible with five large bedrooms, four full baths, a large dining
room area, two living room areas, kitchen, and office area. The home has a residential sprinkler and a smoke/heat
detection system.
