Management Team

 

Our management team consists of an Executive Director, Financial Officer, Administrative Assistant, Registered Nurse, Maintenance staff, two QMRP's, and three District Managers.  Each CILA home has a house Manager that oversees the direct operation of the home. Each home employs five to ten direct care staff members.   

 

DIRECT CARE:

The agency provides training for direct care staff based on the Department of Human Services training manual.  Direct care staff are required to complete training prior to working in the homes.

  • Introduction to Developmental Disabilities
  • Human Rights
  • Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation, Recognition, Reporting and Prevention
  • Human Interaction and Communication
  • Individual Service Plan Development and Implementation
  • Basic Health and Safety
  • TABE Test
  • Medication Administration Training
  • HIPAA Training

Direct Care Staff are required to attend the following on an annual basis:

  • Basic Safety
  • Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation, Recognition, Reporting and Prevention
  • Infection Control
  • Medication Administration Training
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention
  • CPR and First Aid
